From Grid to Greatness: Positioning NZ at the heart of the AI economy
NZ could be a leader in the AI economy, but only if we solve our energy challenges.
Our research is the first step in our work for New Zealand, creating the foundation for well-considered policy recommendations that we hope create the conditions for families and whānau to flourish.
We know that good policy relies on good policy advice. We work on areas of long-term strategic importance and also respond to short-term policy challenges as they arise. Our independence means we have the freedom to decide what we work on and we work hard to offer briefings to experts and leaders from across the political spectrum so they can make well-informed decisions for the future of Aotearoa New Zealand.
We don’t do it alone either. Our research process involves deep consultation with community organisations, academics, and experts in the field, and every paper is independently peer-reviewed before we release our findings.
