Massey University and Westpac have released the base findings in the 20 year longitudinal study they are jointly carrying out into the financial literacy of New Zealanders. They interviewed 18-22 year olds on their financial education, and found “ a relatively low level of financial understanding compared to other studies in other countries.”+ more
